The CSR, or “Guide” as we call it internally, is the keeper of the customer at LeadSimple. They know the ins and outs of the product and are excellent communicators. They turn problems into opportunities and leave customers feeling satisfied that they got the best possible outcome in any situation.
Selected candidates will be invited to a 30-minute call, followed by a 90-minute structured interview.
