We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Operations Partner to help us evolve this championship winning team. This role involves strategically partnering with leadership to develop HR strategies, manage team member relations, drive culture and engagement, oversee compensation and payroll, utilize HR data for insights, lead change initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.

- Have you built and implemented data-driven HR initiatives that resulted in measurable improvements in team member retention, effectiveness, and productivity?

Expectations for your first 90 days:
- Complete compliance audit and update company policy handbook for distribution
- Evaluate current culture initiatives and their effectiveness, creating a roadmap for 2025
- Conduct stay interviews with all team members, gathering insights on what’s working and not working within the org
- Begin planning the LeadSimple Open 2025 (full company onsite event) in partnership with the POPs team
- Gather and analyze HR data and metrics and provide actionable insights
A day in the life of…
- Strategic HR Partnership and Compliance - Collaborates with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Ensures compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Team Member Relations and Investigations - Acts as a trusted advisor for team members and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and conducting thorough investigations to manage complex team member relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Culture and Engagement - Promotes company culture and values, working to build morale, improve work relationships, and increase team member productivity and retention through engagement programs and events.
- New Hire Onboarding - Cultivates the onboarding process to be efficient and impactful resulting in team members being fully ramped within 90 days. Partners with Hiring Managers to create effective 90 day plans. Trains onboarding buddy and ensures team is staying connected and clear on the results.
- Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll - Oversees competitive compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration, to attract and retain top talent.
- HR Data and Reporting - Utilizes data and analytics to monitor HR performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Change Management - Leads change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and helping team members adapt to new processes and structures.
