Operations Pro now includes LeadSimple Maintenance, helping teams manage more maintenance work directly in LeadSimple. Your team can collect resident requests, convert maintenance text conversations into work orders, triage priority and access details, coordinate vendors, review quotes, route owner approvals when needed, and keep residents and owners updated along the way. AI Voice Agent and AI Texting Agent help property management teams respond faster and manage more conversations from Phone + Inbox. The AI Texting Agent helps manage SMS follow-up from the same shared inbox your team already uses for calls, emails, voicemails, and texts.
