Grow doors, not your tool stack
Core
Nothing lives in one person’s inbox.
Every call, text, and email lands in one shared inbox with an owner and a next step. When someone is out, their threads are still visible.
Pro
PopularCalls get answered — or answered for you.
Everything in Core, plus control over how calls reach people: ring groups, hours-based routing, and an AI voice agent that picks up when nobody can.
CRM
Owner leads stop leaking.
Capture every inquiry, route it in minutes, and work it through a pipeline built for property management instead of a generic sales tool.
Operations
Move-ins and renewals run themselves.
Every recurring process becomes an assigned, timed workflow with escalation built in — move-in, renewal, inspection, owner onboarding, make-ready.
Platform
One bill instead of five.
Every product on a single per-door contract, with Maintenance included rather than billed as an add-on and calling and texting unlimited rather than metered. Past roughly 170 doors it costs less than buying the pieces.
*Within fair use.
One per-door price beats five vendor bills
Buying a sales CRM, phones, AI, workflow automation, and maintenance coordination separately makes a bigger bill and a weaker workflow.
Prices shown per door, per month. Point-tool comparison is illustrative. Maintenance benchmark reflects public pricing observed June 2026: Property Meld Ops + MAX On-Call at $3.50/unit/mo and Vendoroo base maintenance coordination at $5/unit/mo before add-ons.
Questions we get
Why are some plans per user and others per door?
Phone + Inbox and CRM price per user because their value scales with the size of your team. Operations and Platform price per door because their value scales with the size of your portfolio. If you are running both sides of the business on LeadSimple, Platform moves everything onto the per-door side so there is only one number to track.
What is the difference between Core and Pro?
Core is the shared inbox with a phone menu: every call, text, and email in one place with an owner and a next step. Pro adds call routing on top — ring groups, business-hours routing, warm transfers, recording, and the AI voice agent. Teams that need visibility stay on Core. Teams that need calls answered move to Pro.
Can I combine plans?
Yes. Phone + Inbox can be added to CRM or Operations on a per-seat basis, and CRM and Operations run side by side. The most common combination under 100 doors is Core + CRM.
When does Platform become the cheaper option?
Around 170 doors. The $500 minimum divided by $2.99 per door is roughly 167, and above that the per-door rate comes in under buying CRM, Phone + Inbox, and Operations separately — before Maintenance, which Platform includes and the others treat as an add-on.
Can I change plans later?
At any time. New pricing takes effect immediately and we prorate the difference on your next invoice.
