Angela gave this advice for other property management companies:

“[You’ve] got to  have tools and systems from qualified affiliates. You can’t do this business alone. It’s great if you can go out and get new business, but you need to have things in place….So I would say, having good processes that make you successful, and you have to have a team. Because even though I may be the one closing and signing on the management agreement, at the end of the day, there’s a whole team ahead of me and there’s a whole team after me. So it’s not just me - it’s having all the right tools, processes, and people in place.”
