Product Highlight Reel for Q1 2021

This quarter has been largely focused on improving the existing product and adding some new, highly requested features around the operations & processes module. We also spent a good deal of time on a brand new addition to the LeadSimple product family (see the "what's next" section below!).

Updated activity feed on leads and processes

The feed has a new look that highlights, calls, texts, and emails first and makes important notes stand out from the rest! This update also helped us prepare for an exciting new module coming soon (keep reading to learn more 😏).

Notes are highlighted in yellow to help you find them faster.

Conditional logic on the "property type" field

You can now build variations into your process based on whether the property is single-family or multi-family, in addition to the dozens of other options that were already available. Learn more about conditional logic.

Your process can change directions depending on if the property is single-family or multi-family.

Only track relevant emails on each process

Now your processes will only track the emails that were initiated in LeadSimple from that process, instead of tracking all the emails between you and that client. This means your team only sees the communication they need to see during that process, and reduces noise and confusion.

"Full Name" merge tag in email/text templates

Now you can easily insert the full name of a lead or client in your email and text-message templates using just one merge tag, instead of using two--one for "first_name" and one for "last_name".

Updated, plug-and-play process templates!

The public library of process and sales templates has been updated to include more robust processes to choose from. These templates make better use of LeadSimple's automation features. All the templates are free and are a great way to get started with streamlining your operations.

Filter tasks by process type

Narrow down your Tasks page to only show tasks for onboarding, renewals, owner sales, and any of your other processes. This should make it easier to focus on specific tasks.

Inbox - Consolidate & organize your communications

Client communications is 90% of property management; so streamlining them is critical to create a customer experience your clients rave about. You'll be able to manage calls, emails, and texts from all of your teams in one place, handle tickets, trigger processes, and much more. You'll hear more about this in the coming months.

Expansions to the Operations & Processes module

Further additions and updates to LeadSimple Operations are coming, including *required* data entry in the process, automatic stage changes based on conditional logic, improved handling of one-off tasks & task management (research phase), time tracking & reporting (research phase).
