Product Updates for Q1 of 2020 🎁

When things are quiet at LeadSimple, that means we're working really hard on some awesome new tech! Read about the latest features and tools that we've released in the past few months and get a hint at what's coming next.

So what has your LeadSimple team been up to the last 4 months? Here's an update on all the cool stuff we've been building since our last announcement and some things that you might have missed.

iOS Mobile App 📱

IT'S FINALLY HERE!!! In October, we released LeadSimple's first-ever mobile app! We announced it to all our Mac users at first, but thought it was time to announce it to everyone. You can download it on the Apple App Store. Android users, we expect the Android app to be available later this year, but learn how you can use the mobile app today in this article.

Call Scripts & Task Instructions 📝

We've added task instructions to your workflow steps. This allows you to add a call script to the phone call steps in your sales process or write instructions on a task to show an employee how to generate and send a rental analysis, among other things! Learn how to use task instructions here.

Ongoing Email Campaigns / Workflows ✅

Do you want to have a lead continue to receive emails from a marketing campaign even if you change their stage? Well, now you can! If you mark a workflow step as "Sticky", the step will still be applied to the lead even after you move it to a different stage. This feature is part of our Marketing Automation addon. You can learn more about sticky steps here.

Sales Forecasting 📊

Want to know the exact number of new leads, meetings, and consultations you need to hit your growth goals this year, quarter, month or week? In collaboration with RentScale, we recently released a dashboard that allows you to set goals and track all these metrics to keep your team on track. See the full write up here.

Celebrate when you close a deal... with Confetti! 🎉

Now when you move a lead to a WON stage (green stage), LeadSimple helps you celebrate a little :)

Adding Documentation to your Shared Workflows ✏️

You can now add a full description of any shared sales process you send to your friends or colleagues; it can include rich text, videos and images or screenshots. It's a great way to explain to your friends how the sales process or templates are meant to be used. Learn how to add documentation here.

Features you might not have heard about 🎁

  • Video Embed in Email Templates: Embed videos in email from BombBomb, Loom, Youtube, Vimeo and Wistia simply by pasting a link; this also works with email templates so you can send video automatically. Learn more here. (Need video ideas? Watch this)
  • Bulk Assign, Update and Delete Leads: Need to delete a large number of spam leads? Need to update the stage of 2 or more prospects? Need to reassign multiple leads to another agent? Bulk actions has you covered. Learn more here.
  • Training Videos: Aimee, our customer success manager, put together an awesome set of training videos to help you learn more about LeadSimple. Not exactly a feature, but they're really useful if you need training! You can watch them at training.leadsimple.com.
